  • Legal assistance in all control proceedings related to public contracts awarded, including primarily in audits conducted by the President of the Public Procurement Office, Regional Audit Chambers, the Supreme Audit Office, and Managing Authorities in the system of implementation of operational and regional operational programs,
  • Training on public procurement law at various levels of advancement.

Experience of Anna Gotzek-Bałtowski, a legal advisor, in the field of
Public Procurement Law and PPP in the construction industry includes

  • Southern Ring Road of Gdańsk,
  • Multifunctional Sports and Entertainment Arena located on the border of Gdańsk and Sopot. Opened in 2010, with a maximum capacity of over 15,000 spectators, making it one of the largest facilities of this type in Poland. The cost of building the hall was PLN 340 million,
  • Development of the PKP (Polish National Railroads) station area in Sopot with the participation of private entities,
  • Competition for the concept of a Geriatric Care Center in Sopot,
  • Project “Construction of icebreakers for RZGW Gdańsk” involved designing, building, and commissioning four icebreakers for breaking ice on the Lower Vistula named: Puma, the bow icebreaker, Narwhal, Nerpa, and Manat, the linear icebreakers. The project budget was PLN 80 million,
  • Construction of storm gates on the Tuga River as part of the EU project “Comprehensive flood protection of the Żuławy – Stage II – Regional Water Management Board in Gdańsk”,
  • Military facilities: Reconstruction of the Drawsko Pomorskie firing range,
  • Hydrotechnical projects: Expansion of the LNG Terminal in Świnoujście, Mierzeja Wiślana Canal Project.
