I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, registered on the list of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk. I am a leader in the field of public procurement law and public-private partnerships, a long-time expert in public procurement, and the author of numerous publications on public procurement law. I provide legal assistance to both contracting authorities and contractors.

I have extensive procedural experience in proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeals and general courts. In the field of public procurement, as one of the few experts in Poland, I have experience representing clients in tenders conducted in other EU member states (including Italy and the Czech Republic).

I give lectures and trainings on public procurement law and PPP. In my professional career, I have trained students at the University of Gdańsk and the University of Silesia in Katowice.

I participated in the process of creating EU directives on public procurement in 2014, as well as the new Public Procurement Law, which came into force on January 1, 2021. I have also collaborated on the implementation of the largest strategic investments in the country. I have experience in implementing investments in foreign markets as well.

In addition, interdisciplinary theoretical knowledge and rich and versatile professional experience gained during many years of providing legal assistance to business entities, private individuals, and local government units, allow me to offer the clients of the law firm comprehensive legal assistance tailored individually to their needs and requirements.
